Rory has started to "babble" a lot. This is some kind of term of art which apparently refers to forming phoneme-type things rather than just gurgling and stuff.

In practice it goes like this...

RORY Bla blah blah bleugh bleugh GMA GMA

ADULT what?

RORY Bla blah blah bleugh bleugh GMA GMA

ADULT Uhu.. what?

RORY Bla blah blah bleugh bleugh GMA GMA

There is some suspicion that he is saying "Excuse me, do you - or anyone else here - speak baby? Dammit it's a perfectly straightforward question..Brain the size of a planet... anyway I appear to have soiled myself - could you have the staff do something about it?.."

If you squint a bit and only listen with one ear you can just about hear Ma and Da coming through. Or at least we can.

Also - he makes a particular face when he does it - turning down the corners of his mouth like Winston Churchill - or creature from the Black Lagoon..
